These Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Cranberry Slaw Sliders are the perfect combination of sweet and tangy flavors. The tender pulled pork, smothered in BBQ sauce, pairs beautifully with the refreshing cranberry slaw, all sandwiched between soft slider buns.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place pork shoulder in slow cooker

In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper

Pour sauce over pork shoulder, ensuring its evenly coated

Cook on low for 8 hours or until pork is tender and falls apart easily with a fork

Once pork is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker

To prepare the cranberry slaw, mix together coleslaw mix, dried cranberries, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Toast slider buns if desired

Assemble sliders by placing a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun, then topping with a spoonful of cranberry slaw

Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately
