White Chocolate Pistachio Cookie Bars

Indulge in the delightful combination of white chocolate and pistachios with these easy-to-make cookie bars. The buttery base is loaded with white chocolate chips and crunchy pistachio bits, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the two are well mixed

After you add the egg and vanilla extract, mix it in until its smooth

Add the flour and salt and stir just until they are mixed in

The chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in

Press the dough down gently to make it spread out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared

After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Take the bars out of the oven and let them cool in the pan

While its still cool, cut it into bars or squares

Serve and have fun
