The sweetness of maple syrup and the sourness of Dijon mustard work together to make these Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs taste great. This dish is easy to make and tastes great. Its great for any event.
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish optional
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl
Put the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the maple Dijon mixture over them, making sure to cover all of them
Heat the oven and put the chicken in it
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked all the way through
If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
